Email hello@atlas-red.com — it's the same address our Terms and Privacy Policy name, and it covers all of it:
- Product help — questions, problems, "how do I…".
- Billing and refunds — Atlas Red Pro comes with a 60-day money-back guarantee; write to this address to use it.
- Privacy requests — access, deletion, or anything else from the Privacy Policy.
- Business enquiries — partnerships, press, anything else.
Every message is read by a person, and you'll normally hear back within a few business days.
Found a bug? The app has a faster lane
If you're signed in, the Feedback panel inside the app is the better route for bugs: it files a tracked report with a report id and emails you when the status changes. No account? Email works just as well — describe the problem and we'll take it from there.
Either way, a report we can act on quickly includes:
- What you did, what you expected, and what happened instead.
- Your browser and system — e.g. "Safari on macOS", "Chrome on Android".
- A screenshot, if you have one.
- Your account email, if it's about your account — so we can look at the right one.
